The 38 Bach Flower Remedies

Dr. Edward Bach's 1936 system. Each remedy addresses ONE specific emotional or mental state — named with surgical precision in The Twelve Healers and Other Remedies. Organized below by Bach's own 7 emotional groups.

How to use this map

Find the state. Bach named one remedy per emotional state. Read your current state in the descriptions below; the remedy will usually feel obvious when you reach it.

Seven emotional groups. Bach grouped the 38 by the underlying soul-quality each addresses: fear (5), uncertainty (6), insufficient interest in the present (7), loneliness (3), over-sensitivity (4), despondency or despair (8), over-care for others (5).

Five-minute practices. Each page carries one practice you can do without any essence — Bach's remedies work alongside conscious work, not as substitutes for it. Each is paired with the chakra and crystal-set that resonate most directly.
